TERMS OF ENGAGEMENT

Working Together

At We Can Do That, we believe great work starts with clarity. Our Terms of Engagement outline how we collaborate — straightforward, transparent and designed to keep projects moving smoothly.

Scope of Services

We provide marketing, branding, design and strategic consultancy tailored to each client. Every project begins with a defined scope — deliverables, milestones and timelines — agreed in a Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW).

Fees and Payment

We price every project based on scope and value delivered.

  • For projects under £10,000:
50% on commissioning, 50% on delivery.

  • For projects over £10,000:

    • 50% deposit on commissioning (contract signing)

    • 25% at the midpoint milestone

    • 25% on final delivery

Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.

Client Responsibilities

Partnership is everything. We ask clients to:

  • Provide timely feedback, approvals and any required assets.

  • Appoint a single point of contact for efficient communication.

  • Meet agreed timelines to keep the project on track.

Revisions

Each project includes two rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified. Additional changes or scope shifts will always be discussed — and costed — transparently. Deliverables not reviewed within 14 days will be considered approved.

Ownership & Rights

Once full payment is received, final deliverables are yours.
We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Source files (for example, Adobe design files or working strategy decks) are not included unless explicitly stated in the agreement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information and data as confidential. Discretion is a given.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in writing.
In such cases, the client will be invoiced for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for services rendered. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

The Bottom Line

Our goal is simple: to deliver exceptional, strategically sound work that drives measurable impact — with clear expectations on both sides.
